I don’t think anyone has mentioned the “next” update yet. All we know is that another airport, an IAD rework, Fokker, CRJ, B777 and a new UI have been announced by January/February. Nobody knows when exactly what will be released. The order that Kuba used in the dev blog has already been labelled incorrect several times. And who knows whether the announced Fokkers and CRJs have not moved much further down the list.
So let’s see. I think everyone here would like to have a big update every week. But that’s just a dream

Sorry I misread the Q&A I thought it said Next update will be BKK and in the one after that there will be a new model.
what it actually said was: “[Next] update will be without [any] new [models]. There will be [a] special update for this purpose.”

One thing about the new ui is the airport levels restart when the new ui gets added?
That doesn’t mean directly after, just sometime after. Could be a year lol with that phrasing

Then why would they put the “most likely”? If we’re going off that logic, then they are saying there is a small chance it will never come(because everything is after the 777)

Levels aren’t going to restart probably ever because they are set for all players. All you will get is new levels added on. It’s the new way now unlike v1.
Next update. Time and time again everybody hangs themselves on every word the devs say. I’ve learned in my 52 years and many years of playing games, you can’t do that. There are a multitude of reasons why. Devs will give you an idea but until it happens don’t assume it will. Take the flight animation of dev blog 24. That’s been teased for a long time and they are still working on it. Same with alliances.
Now have the devs said the UI and 777 are coming sure. And we have seen proof of the UI and I’ve seen pics of the 777. But people need to understand there are different levels of update. Will the 777 likely be in the very next update. Doubtful but only the devs really know and they aren’t going to tell us unless they are ready to. There could be hotfixes, bug updates. Etc. so don’t assume. That’s why i said Christmas as they have a habit of releasing stuff around then and it’s only 6 weeks away. But don’t assume it’s in the very next update. It might well not be… treat it as a bonus if it is
