Why should this livery be added?
CityFlyer Express operated some ATR’s on behalf of British Airways for much of the 90s, before they were transferred away around 2000. Would be another aircraft to annoy players with at LHR, taking the local contract heat off the Embraer 170. Plus a third livery for the ATR 42-300 would be welcome.

ATR’s were -200s so not done one for them. The South African Comair ones were -500s and -600s but I doubt they’d be added at LHR.
