I have just finished the amount to unlock IAD in PRG. How do you get the Bi-Plane to work.
Also, will the concord ever be able to be purchased someday?

I meant the little turbo prop near the S Gates
Its one of partners airplane (he is promoting game on his social medias). It is working as intended 
Maybe some day it will fly who knows.
