Guys, do you know about the stand allocation of BKK, or where to find it
From flightradar 24 I observed, it looks all random, no specific airline allocation to gates, I have been observing on multiple dates
My general observations:
But, some are more solid than others, ALL Bangkok Airways planes park there, while it’s common to see Thai Viet Jet in the main terminal.
I’m gonna save this for reference, thank you so much
From my own FR24 observations:
Terminals A & B are strictly for domestic flights as those terminals don’t have access to customs. The apron north of A/B also mostly deals with domestic flights, however some departing international flights use those gates during peak hours as well.
Thai Airways mostly operates international flights out of C, D, and the Satellite terminal, however there are always some one-offs that depart from different terminals as well.
Thai ViaJet operates most international flights out of Satellite, with exceptions here and there. But nearly all domestic operations occur in A/B or apron.
A few airlines (such as Qatar, Turkish & Lufthansa) only operate out of Satellite, but all other airlines are generally scattered between D, E, F & G terminals.
After hours of drawing on my phone lol, I present to you a list and janky map of all terminal allocations for airlines. Please help if some are missing. I tried to confirm everything with FR24. All cargo are at the cargo ramp outside the image. Also, I’m not too sure about the remote stands other than near Terminal A. Brevity was used… if you can’t read it, look on the list

Jeez that must of taken ages well done
Holy shoouf that’s some effort right there
Thanks for this insanely detailed. Nice job
Insanely good work
GEEEEEEEEZ goood job
not me literally calling each termianl out from diferent airlines and realizing it was gonna take a few minutes to call them all out
gonna make a spread sheet in my own house and stuff to help this with my mind
TBH I preferd to put planes into random spots unless if I create 3 sections. domesitc/local,regional & international
As Teddy has said, I guess you basically can. Terminals A and B are mainly Domestic from Thai AirAsia, Thai VietJet, and Bangkok Airways as well as Thai Airway’s Domestic flights. Then Terminal C and D are Thai’s international flights and mainly Asian continent flights. Terminal E, F, and G are a good mix, but more so Japanese, Korean, and Southwest Asia (Middle East) flights. The satellite terminal is a good mix as well, including Thai Airway’s international flights, although I noticed a good portion are European flights. With that of course, there are a lot mixed, like Bhutan in Terminal A, KLM in terminal G, and many more.
Yeah, in retrospect I wish I’d done it digitally on like PowerPoint or something I could type the words in. Only after I started did I realize how many airlines there were lol
ok
I knew there were a lot of airlines operating in BKK,
Looking at the map you drew, I feel again that there are quite a lot of airlines.
Of course, it could have been better to write digitally,
Looking at the name of the airline written in various colors around the BKK gate,
It’s cute, cute, and fun, so it looks good
I’ve been playing BKK these days,
and I’ve been enjoying manual landing while looking at this map.
Thank you very much for the time and effort you put into making the map
