If you would like to play WOA using the Bluestacks Emulator, you need to use the one that supports Vulcan, then everything should work correctly.
(got to be honest, not entirely sure what that means), but hopefully those that use it will…
I have checked and it works.
Go to [Settings] → [Graphics], then select [Vulkan] (not Vulcan). It is OpenGL by default.

I keep getting startup crashes on bluestacks since today. The loading gets to “Downloading data 0%” and then the app closes. Tried looking at the logcat of the app but no understandable error. Any suggestion?
Try to reset the app by deleting all data or reinstall the app should help.
If that is an issue with the bluestacks, you can try to reinstall the emulator.

What are you trying to run it on. Like a work laptop or full gaming setup? Specs matter a lot with bluestacks
It’s not a gaming laptop but neither a potato. Until yesterday it ran fine without issues. It has a Ryzen 7 5700 and 12Gb of RAM.
Kinda weird. The spec seems absolutely okay to run emulator.
Have you tried on another google account or log out your google account? Just to see if that is related to your account.
