I went to fleet management, bought A319 for 700 silver.
The 700 silver planes were deducted but when is my A319 arriving ?
Or do I misunderstood something ?
and how to connect to other players ?

With the 700 SP’s you have unlocked the plane. Then you have to buy them at your airport.

i thought fleet management was the way to go

you unlock it with silver planes
you pay with Wollars… so I still need to find the money
