✈️ Bugged or Missing Aircraft Liveries After Update 3.4.0

Hello pilots,

After the release of Update 3.4.0, some players may notice that aircraft liveries appear incorrect, missing, mixed, or “bugged” (for example wrong colors, incomplete textures, or default-looking aircraft).

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: What is the cause?

This issue is caused by a livery package that did not update correctly on some devices.

No game progress is lost — only the local livery data is affected.

:white_check_mark: How to Fix the Issue

:mobile_phone: Android – Clear Game Cache (Recommended)

  1. Open Settings → Apps → World of Airports
  2. Tap Storage
  3. Select Clear cache :red_exclamation_mark: Do not tap “Clear data”
  4. Restart your device
  5. Launch the game and allow the liveries to re-download

:red_apple: iOS – Reinstall the Game

iOS does not allow manual cache clearing.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your account is linked to Game Center
  2. Delete World of Airports
  3. Restart your device
  4. Reinstall the game from the App Store
  5. Launch the game and wait for all assets to download

:warning: Important Notes

  • This issue is purely visual
  • Your airports, aircraft, and progress are safe
  • Do not start playing if assets are still downloading

If the problem persists after following the steps above, please contact support and include:

  • Your device type
  • Your operating system version
  • A screenshot of the affected livery

Thank you for your patience and for flying with World of Airports :airplane:
