Short Answer: No, BUT…
As of time of writing, you are unable to take an aircraft purchased at say INN and move it to say PRG, airports are their own ecosystem with routes, Wollars and aircraft. So unless the developers put in future functionality to allow this, it’s not possible.
There is 1 exception.
On certain levels for airports, where there is an aircraft as a reward, you will see either the airport code or a blank.
If it’s blank, that means, that even though you maybe playing IAD, you can claim that SPECIFIC aircraft (so 1 only) at any airport as a one-time thing. This is even allowed if you have not unlocked the aircraft during general game play.
