When adding stands, the number of handlers does not increase and it is more and more frustrating to play LEJ as I’m running out of handlers for the traffic.
Are you sure it’s because you’re opening new slots on stands. You only get a handle crew if it’s a fully new stand, if it’s a stand you already have an M slot at for example opening S aswell won’t give you another crew

Just to let you know that handlers will only be added if you unlock a stand for the first time. Without a premium pass, you have a maximum of 120 handlers. I hope this is correct.
I’m at 132 WITH premium pass.
In my LEJ, I have all stands unlocked, and the max number of handlers is 127 (including 16 handlers of premium pass), so should be 111 without premium pass.
Anyway, for me, LEJ was the fastest and easiest airport to deal with. All the free “local” cargo contracts helped to max out very fast.
