At IAD I have bought two cargo medium terminals. I have gotten to level 6 and have not had any cargo planes land. I have checked and I have connections that ha cargo that available. Any ideas as to what I need to achieve to get cargo planes to land?
Did you build any stands? The terminal only unlocks the ability to buy the stands, not the stands themselves.
