I checked on the satellite image of BKK and I noticed one of the runway seems to be closed. Is it opened in the game?

It’s working in Real Life too, see Flightradar24. But it didn’t at the time when satellite image was taken.

Satellite imagery from February 2024 shows that the runway was closed due to it still being built.
Recent FlightRadar24 data though shows the runway in operation, as the FR24 maps are outdate from 2023.
So yes, the runway is operable in game and in real life, it’s just that the satellite view needs to catch up.
