Why should this livery be added?
2 aircraft wore this livery, 1 only part painted and B-2725 painted fully. It was repainted when the type got its certification into the Wings of Dreams livery and this never flew commercially in these colours. Would make for a cool livery for the airline and as a choice for players to operate.
I can’t imagine what it would look like if CZ used their common livery instead of Wings of Dreams.
I heard a story that Boeing designed the 787 livery for China Southern as the standard one was too ugly on it. I don’t know if that was the real case.
I can’t see the ugliness, I think it looks quite dapper. Wonder why they thought that? If they even did lol.
I can’t see either. It looks just like an on-par thing.
Probably if you look at A359 of them the livery looks a little bit weird due to the shorter nose. CZ’s standard livery looks better on planes with longer noses.
That’s a guess and the story was obviously another wild story with no detailed clues to verify, but I am sure many Chinese people are talking about their big three (CA, CZ, MU) liveries are not in line with modern aesthetics.
