Shenzhen Airlines had previously operated 10 Boeing 737-700s in their fleet, with this aircraft, registered B-5025, entering service in November 2002 and operating domestic routes in China up until December 2018, when Shenzhen Airlines retired this aircraft and also their last Boeing 737-700 in their fleet, and replaced the aircraft with the Boeing 737-800 & Boeing 737 MAX 8.
