Why should this airline be added?
China Xinhua was founded in 1992 in Haikou in Hainan. It operated until 2001 as an independent airline before being taken into the Hainan Group. It merged with Shanxi Airlines and Chang An Airlines in 2007 to form Grand China Air but seemingly remained at least semi independent as did Shanxi and Chang An, who became known as Air Changan after Hainan got rid of its stake in the airline, as all 3 continued to fly in the Hainan Group livery but under their own ICAO/IATA’s and Callsigns but so did Grand China Air, so 4 airlines all under one which is under a bigger group but all operating independently? Yea I’m confused too lol. It has/had (Who knows) its main base at Beijing Capital and Tianjin from where it operated both charter flights and regular scheduled ones. It’d make for a cool addition, especially with the pre-Hainan livery which I think looks quite dapper.
