As of the release time these were the unobtainable liveries. Some may have been found since then but I don’t believe so.
Airasia A20N has been found but other than that nothing I think
Isn’t the Kuwait a20N also not attainable

Correct, but it’s not even in the game (not in WOApedia).
I also think the LATAM is a bug, because it’s not a special livery in that sense either.
