Not in-game (I believe the earlier Hawker and Gulfstreams were operated under this airline but the later ones were operated by the founded Deer Jet private airline in December 2008 but I’m not sure so I’ve included types used till 2010 as they may have been part of this airline because it was May 2010 when the full split happened between the 2),

Why should this airline be added?
This airline was founded in 1995 as Deer Jet, as a small regional airline, which in 1998, the branding was changed to Deer Air but the livery was only gradually updated with the purple livery above sadly finally vanishing in 2007 and replaced with the other livery in this suggestion. In 2007 as well, the airline ordered A319’s to begin replacing their 737-300’s which they had done by 2013. In 2008 they launched the currently operating private airline, Deer Jet, operating Gulfstreams and A319CJ’s, moving the private fleet across to this new airline.In May 2010, the airline was officially divided in 2, with the Deer Jet private airline becoming a fully separate entity and Deer Air becoming part of the newly formed Beijing Capital Airlines, with the livery disappearing around 2014-15.
It would make for an excellent addition for a Chinese airline, with that snazzy purple livery for the B733 and only the B733 and A319 being operated, making for a unique smaller operator for playable airports.
