I’ve asked that question in the Q&A about if we were able to choose engine and winglet options and got this answer:
for own airplane at time of update release no, but in future yes. we will connect it with advantage of using same engines/models/manufacturers

regarding these salient points:
1- Desync problems where you have to constantly reload airports to get back player contracts will be fixed shortly.
I thought it was just my connection problem. something that I recently managed to solve just before entering the game I turned the connection off and on again for a few seconds 🛜
2- New mini games are planned including takeoff and pushback.
Aircraft washing could perhaps be added in a future update.
causing a plane to get dirty over time. remaining a little darker than the original color. A dirty plane is not only ugly to look at, but is also heavier, less aerodynamic and therefore more expensive to operate. The cleaning teams are made up of 3-5 men armed with rods and sponges who move along the surface of the appliance with mobile bridges.

If you had aircraft washing you would have to take AF out of the game, many years they are horribly dirty
