Why should this airline be added?
Air Comet Chile was founded in 2007 after the parent, Air Comet, purchased Aerolíneas del Sur from Aerolineas Argentinas. It operated for just over a year before going bankrupt in November 2008 due to the recession. It’s a year before the 2010 cut off but would be another fab 737-200 operator for SCL, being based there and doing flights across the country from the airport.
