E190 unlock achievement reached, but E190 not unlocked

I have reached the E190 unlock achievement at Prague, but the plane has not actually been unlocked.

The same thing happened to me with the CRJ700 on IAD. Version updated to v1.4.1.

Newest version is 1.4.2.
