Description of the Bug:
When I enter the vehicle hangar and then leave it, the game time is reverted to whatever the actual time is in that airport. This happens even if the time has been changed to a custom time. It will also happen if, say, it is nighttime irl in HKG but you have played for an hour, so it is now daytime ingame. The time will reset to night.
Steps to Reproduce:
enter an airport, set the time to a custom time that is daytime if the airport is night or nighttime if the airport is day, or alternatively just play for like 40 mins to an hour. then enter and leave the vehicle hangar.
