Hello! I really need your help! Today I couldn’t play the game. When I try to open the app it just won’t let me to log in. Player initialization jumps from 0% to 100% and then I get a message: ERROR 500. PLEASE CLICK ANYWHERE TO RESTART THE GAME. I click but it’s all the same over and over again. I tried reinstalling the game completely but it didn’t help. Yesterday the game worked perfectly and today I can’t play at all How do I fix this problem? The screenshot with the issue is attached below.
UPDATE: I’ve just tried to log in into my account using my friend’s phone and everything worked just fine. Absolutely no idea why it stopped working on my device. I tried clearing cache and reinstalling multiple times but it did absolutely nothing.
Have you ever tried to use VPN service to change your network environment? Maybe that could help you out.
When I do business travel to some Asian regions (especially China) such issue is also a big problem for me. The only thing I can do is try to change to another VPN location and that generally works.
Thanks for a reply! I’ve just found the solution. The issue was with incorrect time settings on my device. The time on my phone was somehow 12 minutes ahead of the actual time. And after I corrected the numbers and set time detection+time zone settings on AUTO - the game started working just fine.
