Why aren’t there any local, national, regional, or international events at player airports in WoA?

Every day there are event arrivals at various airports, mostly related to airline/aircraft anniversaries. If you have something else in mind, describe it in detail and post it in World of Airports > Gameplay Suggestions following the template there.
