Why’s the game not loading… and when it does, why am I starting from the beginning??
My Account is automatically logged out ..
Is the game server down??

So basically I opened up the game just now to play and faced major issues.
Firstly, it showed the Error 10005 (or something like that) meaning internet problem but in reality there is no network connection problem from my side.
Secondly, after a long time the game loaded but somehow my real account is logged out and I’m now at the beginning of the game. Additionally, it’s showing me to link my new account to the play games.
What should I do?
