Please use this thread for existing destinations to SAN but are missing airlines in the game
I can confirm through the various websites and FR24 these are still active. Also below that I’ve found:

SAN-OGG Hawaiian Airlines A21N (real life: HA58… perhaps could be added after the A320 family update?)
SAN-YYZ Air Canada A319/A320 (real life: AC1093… just don’t have the A319 or A320 as an option under Air Canada)
