I really enjoy the new Feature Requests category here on the forum. However, I’ve noticed that there’s no way to keep track of requests that have been fulfilled.
I’ve seen that recently the SCL - Santiago de Chile 🇨🇱 topic in the airport suggestions has been marked as Solved since it will be introduced in 3.1.0, however, this has not been done for any of the liveries.
Is there anyway that these can be kept track of and marked as solved as topic authors? Or must this be done by mods. I can imagine that as requests get added, it would be nice to close suggestions that have been implemented, also as a user to know which topics to vote on.
How exactly do we flag things for the mods? I’ve only been sporadically active on the forums until recently. Could we reply with a quote of the release notes saying released or something to indicate it has been implemented or do you mean to use the built in Flag function and use the Something Else option.
Basically, you tap the three dots at the bottom of a post and it’ll bring up some new options, then you tap the flag icon and fill out what it asks, such as reason and a brief description which I think is optional.
The person who suggested it needs to Mark jt as solved themselves, no need to flag it.
I mean, I can mark messages as solutions in my suggestions, I think
This is unfortunately not possible for livery suggestions, airline suggestions, or aircraft suggestions. I do see that it is now possible for airports and gameplay suggestions though.
I think this solution thing is supposed to be for the devs and bug reports but I could be wrong, they randomly appeared one day and I’ve seen no mention as to who they are actually intended to be used by.
That’s what I was thinking, I’ve been scrolling through some of these and wondering why some random post has been marked as a solution in bug reports despite having not actually containing any solution to what’s been mentioned.
