Why should this livery be added?
This aircraft was operated from 1991 till 2011. It was utilised on long haul routes and from 2005 was used alongside the A340-300 on these routes, but this also freed them up for these high demand short haul routes which the MD-11 was perfectly capable of doing. In 2009, Finnair started to receive its A330-300s so began retiring the MD-11 from its passenger routes, the last flight of Finnair’s being from Delhi in February 2010 (so just inside the 2010 regular livery limit), as well as having placed its order for the A350-900, which began arriving in 2015. The aircraft was regularly used on routes to 3 in-game airports, BKK, NGO and HKG so it’d be a brilliant addition and a second PAX MD-11.Would be a great addition for long haul routes from Finland for players to operate into their airports.
