Hello everyone,
We’ve identified the root cause of an issue that could cause an aircraft to become permanently stuck in the “Handling” state.
What happens?
In some cases, an aircraft may:
- Remain permanently in Handling status
- Stay parked at the stand indefinitely
- Not allow a handling crew to be assigned
- Block the stand from being used
The Good News
We’ve already fixed the underlying issue, so new cases will no longer occur in future updates.
Unfortunately, aircraft that are already affected cannot recover automatically and must be repaired manually in our database.
How to Request a Repair
If you have an aircraft stuck in the Handling state, please create a support ticket at:
Please include the following information:
- Player Name
- Affected Airport
- Gate / Stand Number
- Flight Number of the affected aircraft
This information allows us to locate the aircraft quickly and perform the repair.
