:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Flight West Airlines started operations in the year 1987. In the beginning, the airline used Beechcraft 200s, and through expansion, they have since operated a number of aircraft types, including Fokker 100s. Ansett, which was its affiliate, announce that it would lease a part of Flight West’s fleet, though this was short-lived as the downturn of 2001 led to both airlines entering administration. In 2002, Queensland Aviation Holdings purchased the airline and started to operate under the “Alliance Air” branding. Seeing this airline in-game would be cool as it highlights a unique chapter in the history of regional airlines in Australia.
