Game freezing when I try to open IAD

Hi

When I load up IAD the game freezes on the startup screen. This doesn’t happen with the other airports.

Have messaged the team on Facebook messenger but any tips or do I have to wait for them to do something?

They seems to saw FB message however not any conclusion yet.

They are reading those questions but due to number of calls it takes sometimes a lot longer than instant reply.

Downloaded the latest update and it has cleared the issue. Thanks!

Same issue on my iPad Air, after a 1 minute or so the game will crash like the game not a fan of it crashing. I tried several methods of correcting still same results

When I have busy IAD sometimes the game stop and quit
