Description of the Bug:
Whenever I go into an airport, I can’t stay for 10 seconds without the game crashing. I already know that I have 30 free GB of storage so that’s not a problem. It seems to be working when I set graphics to fast, but I want to know if there is a way to fix this and go back to pretty graphics.

Steps to Reproduce:

This is always triggering, whenever I load into an airport, the game keeps crashing.

What device are you using? It could be it’s too demanding for your device to run it and so it closes it to prevent damage

I have a SE third gen. It used to work fine before the update

I’m not sure tbh, Google says your phone is 2022 spec so should be okay. It’s definitely not a memory issue as you say the game runs okay on lower graphics. All I can think is its an issue with the phones ability to run the game. Have you tried uninstalling, turning the phone off and on then reinstalling, just to see if there’s something lurking in the background causing the issues. Aside from that I’m not sure.

I am having the same problem ever since the update I can’t get into LHR & IAD :frowning: I have free space on my iPad so I am not sure why it won’t work….help

Sorry, meant to come back here. Space isn’t the factor if it’s struggling to load the bigger, denser airports. It’s the hardware you’re using sadly which can no longer support unless you’re using lower graphics. I know that a lot of games will not run if they believe it will damage the phone. I can’t think of any other reason it would occur.

Dang, I hope the next few updates aren’t as big as this one was until the iphone 18 comes out. Anyway, I managed to get it fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling after restarting my iPhone. Also deleted my other heavier games that I didn’t play as much

Booted up my old iPhone SE 3rd gen and was able to run all airports on highest quality without an issue, so I’m not sure what is causing your issue. I’d try reinstalling and making sure your iOS is up to date. Hopefully that works for yuo!
