Game suggestions (Please read if you wish to suggest an idea!)

Just a quick word from myself,

If you are suggesting airlines, liveries, airports and new features you’d like to see in the game, there is a template you have to follow.

The reason for the template is it makes life a lot easier for the devs to find and thus potentially implement the suggestion.

Now if you don’t wish to follow the template or if you feel you can’t be bothered filling in the tags or putting in an image that is larger than 4 pixels, you might find your post being revoked. The mods, not me, have been very forgiving about this previously but that’s to change due to the sheer volume of half finished posts that have been suggested.

I understand English is not the first language of a lot of people and translation software has to be used which can be time consuming, but it’s also time consuming to have to go in and fix titles and tags and the mods are unable to fix the main body of posts so they will just remain botched permanently, and likely mean your suggestion will be ignored.

This is not meant to be stern but a word of advice, plus thinking of the mods and the amount they have to do in a day.

And a final point, if you have made a post and wish to add a new picture, click the edit button. If you do decide to post below your own suggestion with a new photo to ‘bump’ the post back to the top, it will be denied.

Thanks and happy airporting.

Quick edit; I’ve just edited my post here, added some text and another photograph of the far side. It was done without bumping the list or requiring the mods to approve it.

I’ll be honest here, having to go through and fixing up posts because people aren’t following the template can be really annoying, especially when it comes to titles and tagging as that’s the most time consuming part of approving these suggestions (it can take quite a while when I first view the forum some days as there’s a fair few posts that build up overnight), so it would be greatly appreciated if people could follow the title formats as well as tagging their posts where they can (just look at the tags for previous posts to get an idea of what they should be), which ultimately means your post will get approved quicker as well when I do get to it.

Another good point, and I’m going to start being stricter with this going forward. It’s far easier to add it to an existing post than making a separate post with it (especially as it won’t need approving, as it’s an edit and not a new post).
