Game's good, But I am having trouble with feature requests

I’m not sure why this forum never show my feature request anymore, yesterday, I uploaded a Garuda Indonesia livery request, but now they don’t tell me if I make mistake, they don’t tell me if my post not meeting the requirements, or my request is duplicate or anything, it just gone, no notification, nothing

I guess now this forum only accept request from certain players or developers only

That’s not the case at all. Going through your list of rejected suggestions, they all don’t follow the template requirements. They don’t contain tags, the title format isn’t correct and some parts of the template haven’t been filled out. Some suggestions were also for an airline that’s already in game (Maximus Cargo and Aerologic for reference).

With how many suggestions come through, and it being myself who deals with all of them, I don’t have the time to go through suggestions fixing them up for people. If you want to make a suggestion, you’ve got to follow the template like everyone else does. This includes the title and tags. It takes a lot more time to fix these up than people might think, especially over multiple posts. That’s how it’s worked since the new suggestion system was implemented back in April.

Normally you should be sent an email or a DM which states the reason if the post is sent back for editing by the user, although with the volume of suggestions that come through it’s entirely plausible I use reject by mistake as I’m trying to clear through any backlog. I’m not sure how reliable these are though in terms of people actually receiving the messages though.

I did my airline request after hours of pending, it just disappear, without any mods telling me where I go wrong.

In your case, I remember attaching reasons so I’m not sure if you didn’t get them. They were down to the following reasons:

  • Low resolution images
  • Half the template was missing
  • Little to no detail about your suggestions
  • Suggesting liveries for aircraft types that are not yet in game/confirmed to be coming to the game

If I’m not mistaken you made a topic (might have been a reply somewhere) not too long ago asking about a post rejection, which I think I replied to.

this was my request long ago, I did get the notification about why it get rejected, now, why I don’t get any of this notification when my request is rejected?

check the mail address in your profile and check your mail client maybe it ended in spam folder.

unfortunately to tell you this, I did not receive any emails regarding this, the only email I got is from alliance DMs, nothing about the feature request, if you don’t believe me, I don’t mind share the screenshots here in this post reply

Sometimes it’s entirely plausible I’ll unintentionally hit reject vice edit, in that case I have no option to attach an actual detailed reason and I can’t undo it. It’s not uncommon to have say 10 to 15 suggestions all awaiting approval, and I need to check through all of them to make sure they can be approved.

If you followed the template the first time around, then the posts would have been approved. I do have to ask though, if you got that message about a post rejection back in August , how come you kept posting in the same way you did and not change the posts to follow the templates then?

They are different, and how it should be: Airline code / Aircraft type - Airline name (livery name).

That may have been from when I use to fix them. Every single livery suggestion uses this format, and there’s over 1800 of them now.

We have an function which need this template to collect the data from the forum, If the suggestion does not follow the template the script will ignore the suggestion and it will never make it on the considered liveries or airplanes list.

Yes I am the one who read the messages under this email address and except empty emails I answer every single one, so I am just wondering that you didnt got any message.

Than we never received the message, the system automaticaly send confirmation that it received the message and give you reference number to check whats going on with your request, suggestion, complains.
