Wait, is that the “Chilean colleague” that you made SCL for, in one of the devblogs it was said that SCL was dedicated to a team member that wasn’t feeling well or something, is it that cat?

That was actually for me. I had cancer, and my brother added SCL to the game because it means a lot to me personally. Diego, the “colleague,” was born in Providencia, Santiago de Chile, and now lives with us here in the Czech Republic.

Wow, I can’t imagine how painful that experience must have been, but I’m glad you’re okay now. Also if scl is you’re favourite airport, I must say you have excellent taste because it has been a wonderful addition to the game!

I think that’s a good idea but everyone loves cats. :grinning_cat:

It’s also quite a good time that people are working on the new airport rather than asking “what will be in the next update” or “when is the next update”

Can anyone tell me if there are any Real flights in the world that wide bodies fly or get used in the schengen area from zurich? I have only seen two and that is

ZRH - PMI = Edelweiss A343
ZRH - PRG = Swiss A359

Is there any other wide body flights that happen in the schengen area. I hence want to find some to fill the two E spots in terminal B for them.

I am playing pretty realistic with real flights with what airlines fly to and from.

There are non-Schengen flights leaving from terminal B. It’s just called terminal D in those cases.

The A359 to PRG yesterday was not regular I think. The aircraft also flew to NCE before PRG, but is back to long haul now.

Btw, this should probably be in ZRH - Conversation thread.

Edelweiss used their A340-300’s last year on LPA, LCA and FAO, see there below press release

SWISS still occasionally operates its route to MĂĄlaga (AGP) as well as the route to Alicante (ALC) with the A340-300. A few months or years ago, this aircraft type was deployed on the route much more regularly.

They are also using their A359 for some single flights to Dusseldorf (DUS) this summer season - mostly for crew training.

Edelweiss also sometimes flies with an A359 to PMI alongside their A343 or A320.
