Top one is a 787 and an A350, bottom one is the existing A330 model.
This is not the revised version of the A330 series; this is the current version that has not yet been revised.![]()

I think itβs still the old version, because the engine part still looks oddly shaped, not perfectly round as a result of the remodel
Definitively still the old model, look at the fairings under the wing.
The top is instagram, the bottom is ingame, current model. Both are equally pointy and not round.
Still an old model, I think the developer hasnβt made the a330neo model yet, they might still be enjoying their holiday
So I was just messing around in IFATC looking at some gate info. I randomly put in ZRH in and found that it says it doesnβt actually have any cargo stands Zurich Airport Gate Info. Either this is a mistake or it doesnβt actually have cargo stands! How do you all think the devs would go around that?
I thought Zurich had a cargo terminal. Pretty sure that site is mistaken
Update: no, as far as I can tell they have a cargologic facility but no terminal and no scheduled dedicated cargo flights. Perhaps only belly cargo?
Given that my guess is ZRH will not be able to accept cargo at all.
Assuming they are still there, but thereβs some stands here that look like they would be suitable for cargo aircraft? Not sure what their actual use is though.
Iβm looking at some photos and I think the cargo βstandsβ are actually to the south. I think they use these,
The problem is I canβt find much evidence but from a select few photos and this video it appears they taxi down there at least.
The above is near to the swiss hangar.
Edit: Lol, the above just appeared when I posted this
.
I thought I have seen recent photos of ZRH having cargo flights
Maybe those are mixed stands then, I was seeing a record of them only having passenger flights, but if cargo does go down there then I suppose they are mixed.
While studying Flightradar24 and videos, here are the stands used for both PAX and cargo (universal stands).
A freight terminal is shown here:
It does appear quite small though.
That said just basing off of current in game demand, making this a destination for larger player freighter aircraft seems unlikely. As it stands, this is essentially AN12s, B734Fs, E190Fs, and C30Js from LEJ for example.
As far as I can tell, itβs not a defined terminal in the sense that cargo aircraft park there, though, and seems to mostly be a terminal in the groundside sense. Airside, it seems to be used for general aviation
Is Zurich going to be 3D or 2D? I missed the announcement
Not sure what you mean, all airports are 3D. It wonβt be generic though, if thatβs what you are asking. Itβll be modeled to the same standard as HKG.
Generic that was the word I was looking for thanks @Thatflyerguy
