Now i just waiting for the player liverys for the A330-200/300. ![]()
Holy engine! Those look very nice!
Thanks devs!
Genuinely how do these models keep getting betterā
. I remember back when people thought things peaked with the a350 and a320ā¦
I think thereās a mix of practice, better tools, and tech improvements that allow sharper liveries and whatnot.
Real, I hate to say it but Iām starting to think some of the older gen 3 models are becoming due for some touch-ups. One thing I love about the new models is the correctly modeled PAX and Cargo doors for planes like on the comacs and the 757s, they help sooooo much.
Exactly! I just wish there was a way to remodel old planes that arenāt completely outdated(early v3ās) without completely remodeling them, putting us through that tedious process all over againā¦
I think thatās probably true, and not a bad thing to be saying in any way. Itās crazy to think, but some of those models are nearly 3 years old now, all the way back with 2.0
Honestly I thought there shouldāve been a way by just simply keeping the original model file and just modifying it with the necessary changes, like they did when the DH8D came out
But honestly some models do need a few physical alterations as well as they arenāt completely accurate visually
Thatās why I still stick to my opinion that the devs should pause on adding more new features and airports to the game and stick to focusing on finalizing the ones on the drawing board already mentioned (hangars, general aviation, split handling, logos) and the updates necessary to remodel airports and aircraft.
I understand your opinion, but I think this also comes down to the point Charlie made a while back about an airport in Africa - besides just thinking about what the devs and (some of) the players want and what would be fun to have in the game, they also need to think about earning money. And the best earners are new airports in specific regions and new, widely requested aircraft (A330neo, missing 737 variants), or at least I assume as much.
I understand everything is about making money nowadays, and I do admit the pause shouldnāt be too long but I still stand by it and in regard to the 737 and A330neo, thatās what I mean with updates on necessary aircraft. Apart from these two, we still have quite a few to remodel to V3, and now most of the older V3 ones have to be remodelled as well, and I feel thatās also going to take precedence over the older v1/2 ones just because theyāre more poplular
I just feel that there are so many interesting features yet to be released still but more are constantly being added, while the ones weāre waiting for a while now already donāt see to even be close to finished or on the horizon
And honestly, remodelling an airport (accurately) is also basically a new airport. Trust me when IAD was remodelled, it felt like a whole new place, until I noticed the stands where still the same.
When iad is updated, it will be an entirely new airport. The amount of stands will basically double because of all of the missing ones and shared stands and that will unlock so many new gameplay possibilities.
And when the developers said they were going to update it again to IAD, I didnāt see it.
They look sweet Iām a big A330-800Neo fan not sure why I just like it, so hopefully we get a few. I got a feeling the update isnāt far away, but I could be wrong

A World of Airports podcast really wasnāt on my 2026 bingo card ![]()
Hopefully itās the behind the scenes of how everything is developed from airports to airplanes to features
Not sure if this is the right place for this so I apologise if itās not, but does anything think 3.5.0 with the 330neos is close? Iām only asking based on their Instagram teaser picture the other day!
We just got 3.4.1 I believe, no one knows for certain but with the leaks of the A330 remodel it looks very close, my guess in mid march.
Every time the developers posted the aircraft models on Instagram, the release was not far off. But even that can mean days to months.
