Why is it the time im there for the drop of the update the wifi is slower than a snail

Not complaining but don’t know if other people have this issue. I discovered the ATC will always prioritize take off planes and there will be no landing if departure ATC activated so I have to do the job manually to fit departure planes in the slot between landing ones.
But it seems sometimes there will be so many planes to departure and block path for arriving planes that causes a very heavy bottleneck. Is there any good idea on this situation (rather than go to menu)?

Hopefully the devs can consider making these stands combined stands atleast the L/R ones
In real life they park both cargo and pax planes
