Why should this airline be added?
This airline was founded in 2002, with Atlas Air as a minority partner and leasing one of their 747-400F’s. The airline got a contract with British Airways World Cargo to operate flights between Stansted, Frankfurt and Hong Kong, getting up to 3 747-400s flying under them for a point. In 2011, the 747-400F’s were replaced with 747-8F’s fully in British Airways World Cargo colours, effectively reducing the airline to a sticker. Then in 2014, BA binned the contract and GSS went under due to not finding another contract to replace BA’s, with all the aircraft going back to Atlas Air.It was a fundamental part in BA having the 747-8F aircraft in its fleet and would be a great addition to the game, either as its own airline, or as part of BA but within its own livery. I always felt that this airline got treated quite brutally by big old BA and Atlas so it would be nice to see.
