On December 2006, sanctions against Great Wall Airlines were lifted and the airline resumed services in Feburary 2007.
The airline operated services to Amsterdam, Seoul Incheon, Mumbai, Chennai, and Manchester, Atlanta, Chicago, Anchorage up until 2011, when Great Wall Airlines was merged into China Cargo Airlines, together with Shanghai Airlines Cargo.
