Can I build the hangar in this update or only in the future ??
I think you send it to a factory of the aircraft, I haven’t checked out the update yet but I believe that is what it is.

My mistake for not noticing that. Goofed up on my part. 
I read and reread several times lol, I’m just in doubt if after the completion of phase A, it will automatically appear to build my hangar
Maintenance implementation is spilted into 3 phases (A,B,C) now only A is in game.
Maintenance plan A-class B-class C-class D-class is something completely else (milestones in plane lifetime)
