Please help I paid $10,000 to purchase this medium size pad on the far left but I cannot get the airplanes to land in it. Using pad 100 is not even an option. Can you refund my $10,000?

Yeah everyone does that lol. There’s also a few at SXM that aren’t clear. Most airports have a separate section.

You still can save money for any M plane cargo contract for what there are some cheap offers and make this stand running.
There is completly no space for game bug or blaming it on owners, it’s just clearly your mistake for what you will never get refund…

Ok i understand it’s not a programming bug, but i request the programmers find a way to make this more understandable what you are buying, as many users have reported the same experience.

There is purchase confirmation as you have to click two times to buy stand, and next to it there is wrote PAX/CARGO what is hard to miss in my opinion.
Everyone learned on their mistake, and now their careful with starting new airports - and this is the same thing what you should do, stop just typing about requests that’s not understandable what your buying and get one or two M cargo contracts what are not hard to get if you can handle decent amounts of even S planes at the same time and save now for pax one.
Also if you want to write suggestion about more clear stand informations it will count as game ui new features/updates Game UI - Possible features/updates - #351 by DHC8 what got back to life today

Many people have same issue read thru the comments above obviously there needs to be more clear instructions to the new users
Map contacts, you can find certain/guaranteed contracts their instead of randomly generated ones

They can appear in those contract roles or just go into the map and use the filters
