How can i get my accounts when i changes phones

Hi

I recently change phones from iphone to samsung. And I tried to transfer the game with all my data on It . I haven’t managed to get my account back. So I contacted flyboys support and told me to the steps that on the forum. I have done it multiple time and hasent worked. My email are the same on my iPhone and samsung for world of airport but hasent transferd. On the samsung it has maid me a other account on world of airport. I have sent multiple email to support but hasent go a reply. I know there are very busy but I have tried everything. I have spent multiple years and money on this game and can’t afford to lose it. But if I do lose this game I be very sad but I will understand it’s very hard for them to help us

Maybe a thew of you guys could help me or the support team.

it is currently not possible to switch your account from iOS to android. it may be in the future but that is at least months and probably a year or more away.

But how I’m I supposed to get my account ?

It’s not possible to use your Apple account on an Android device, or Google account on an Apple device to login in the game. So you CAN’T transfer progress between different platforms at this time. A feature that would enable that might come in the future, but it’s not possible now.
