How do you swap engines and Winglets on the A320?

I am just wondering how do you swap the engines and Winglets on the A320 family aircraft as there no button to swap them

Any you see right now I believe are on a rotational basis with each flight

No I’m not talking about contract 320, I’m talking about player 320s
