it really depends, but in my experience they have responded within a day or two. i know that at times it can be up to a week or two tho. likely it will be on the sooner side, because it usually spikes directly after updates, and not before.
and I have the feeling that they ‘ scan’ the enquiries and respond according to priority.
Have you guys had the issue of losing your account? I did a year back and I’m not sure how I got it back but I looked on here to see if anyone was having the same issue.
