Big thanks to the devs for the 3.0 update—the new UI feels super smooth, and GRU is an awesome addition! Really appreciate the continuous improvements and how the game keeps evolving.
That said, I’ve been wondering—does anyone have a rough idea of how many players are active daily in World of Airports? I know there’s no official player count shown, but maybe from your own gameplay—like how quickly your planes are handled or patterns you’ve noticed—we could piece together a guess.
Feel free to share your experiences, theories, or any data you’ve seen. Would be interesting to get a sense of how active the community really is!
Very hard to tell. But I have a stat of achievements from Google Play Games.
For instance, B764 is labelled [Ultra Rare] with less than 0.1% players. So I think using this particular aircraft as a reference is a good starting point. People with this achievement may play this game a lot, I think.
There are about 2M users who have ever played this game (I have heard such numbers on this forum but can not remember when and where).
So combine the number together, I assume there is about 1000-2000 active players daily. Maybe the actual number could be lower or higher but this is my guess.

@Dreamliner I think you’re right. However, you have to keep in mind that googleplay and Apple’s AppStore always display these numbers only in consideration of their own data. So you would have to double those numbers. I estimate a total of 10,000 daily/weekly players. This assumption is only because I have contracts with >150 different players in LHR alone. And that would already be 1.5%.
But it would it really cool to see some statistics from the devs @kubasan
Downloads in total; daily players, which planes are bought the most with GP, which liveries, what is spent the most GP for

Galaxy Gaming Hub says cca 11.000 daily players. But i guess these are only Samsung players.

hmmm, or is the figure 11,000 players for the last three days…, so about 3,500 players per day?

It’s dramatically more than 2 million. There are 1.7 million on iOS alone
