idk how to in game but you have to change your game center usere name if on a apple devicex with the regulard settings app

Regarding the user name, write an e-mail to support@flyboys.games

All airports are great, the question is rather whether you prefer 1 or 2 RWY.

I would personally skip SXM, unfortunately I found the airport quite exhausting, even if it looks nice of course.

As said above, you need to email the devs. For airports, go for LHR if you can afford it, or else IAD.
