I want to know how I can repair an own airplane.
When the airplane doesn’t have enough maintenance points for the entire duration of its contract, it will ask for maintenance automatically. Small check is done at the stand, for large check the plane leaves for a few hours to go to the maintenance facility.
If (at the beginning of the contract) the total number of contracted handlings times the roundtrip maintenace is less than either of the two remaining amounts untill check, that’s when the check is triggered.
Or if you mean using the newly added repair equipment, that’s completely random, and happens after the pilot’s walk-around. Repair is then added as an additional service after boarding. If you have the ramp agent activated, it will be done automatically.
