If, for any reason you have a plane in delayed status, there is a way to fix it without risking your contract status. Fair warning it will cost you Wollars and Silver planes so use wisely
Here’s an example from my game
First, turn on the auto handling
When handling is finished, The screen will change and a deal manager will appear with the option to convert your delay into an on-time

BEFORE you hit the “Finish Handling” button, click on the slider button
Now you will see your status change from red to green or move up on the contract admin slider. Now hit Finish Handling and your delay magically disappears at the cost of some silver planes…
