China Express Airlines first introduced the Bombardier CRJ900 into its fleet in 2006, marking the airline’s official entry into the regional aviation market of Mainland China. Over the past two decades, the CRJ900 has been the workhorse of the airline’s regional network, operating more than 200 daily flights to over 80 tier-2 and tier-3 cities across China. As of January 2026, the airline still operates a fleet of 28 CRJ900s; these aircraft are gradually being phased out and replaced by the domestically-developed COMAC C909, yet they continue to play a critical role in maintaining the connectivity of China’s regional air routes.

Why should this livery be added?
I would like to propose adding the China Express Airlines CRJ-900 livery to the game for the following reasons. First, while China Express Airlines is already featured in the game, only the C909 livery is currently available for the airline. Second, although the CRJ-900 is a common model in the game, it does not have a China Express Airlines livery option. Most importantly, China Express Airlines is the exclusive operator of Bombardier CRJ aircraft in Mainland China, which makes this aircraft uniquely representative of China’s regional aviation market. Adding this livery would enhance the authenticity of the game’s Chinese airline fleet.
