This is not really a bug it’s how the forum works. It counts from top to bottom. As you still have some of reply of number 7 it will still show. You have to reach to the reply of Richardh for it to show reply number 10.

Yes thats forum bug not WoA bug I will ask admin to look if that can be solved. Moving it to invalid bugs.
