My runway priority is switched off at IAD. Is this on purpose? I know planes are a lot there but then why is the option available?

There are 2 runways in IAD, one for takeoff and one for landing. So no need to assign.

Thanks for that. I was wondering about it but I was never able to see that well. Although there are few cameras.
